Kayla Pickler joined the TerraBella Senior Living team in 2023 as the Executive Director of TerraBella Spartanburg after spending five years in other roles in senior living. Kayla graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2018 and a Masters of Public Health from Liberty University in 2020. After graduating college, Kayla found a passion for working with seniors and the joy that it brought to her life.

Blake West is a proud native of Spartanburg, SC, with a deep commitment to the Upstate community. With 5 years of experience as a licensed realtor in South Carolina, Blake has a solid background in real estate. Before transitioning to real estate, Blake spent several years working in healthcare. As the newest sales director at TerraBella Senior Living, Blake brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the role. In his free time, Blake enjoys spending quality moments with his standard poodle, friends, and family, traveling the world, shopping, and connecting with new people.
